Where is your office located?

Let us answer your question, with a question. Do you like our low rates?

We thought so. In order to provide our rates, certain concessions have to be made. We do not have an on-site office or dedicated office hours because that would require a substantial amount of capital to build, operate and staff. We realize that this approach is unconventional in our industry but so much of what we do can easily be accomplished without a brick and mortar store. We simply meet by appointment at the facility in order to help keep our operating costs as low as possible.

What are your office hours?

Great question! Since we don’t have an on-site office, we don’t have dedicated office hours. We answer and return calls/emails Tuesday thru Saturday as we are able. Our flexible hours of operation allow us to be reachable on an as needed/appointment only basis, eliminating unnecessary rate increases to cover the costs of staffing during stagnant workflow periods.

Are your units climate controlled?

No, our units are not climate controlled.  

Do you have covered parking for recreational vehicles?

We do not offer covered parking at our facility and our inside storage unit doors are not wide enough for trailers to fit through safely. We also do not allow motorized vehicles to be stored in our storage units due to he hazardous chemicals they contain. We have 10 foot wide outside parking spaces available for campers, trailers, boats and vehicles with a valid title and insurance. We also offer pull-thru spaces for larger recreational vehicles but those spaces are extremely limited.

Is your facility secure?

We think so. Our facility is surrounded by a 6’ chain length fence with an additional 2’ of barb wire on top. Our gate is only accessible to current tenants with a valid gate access code and our security cameras record in both day and night mode.

I called your number but no one answered. What gives?

Well, we do not just sit around an empty office waiting for phone calls so there are times we are not available to answer a call. We may be on the other line with a tenant or trying to resolve an issue with our website or speaking with our merchant processor’s tech support. We also may be at an appointment or driving or feeling under the weather. Life has many ways of complicating everyday tasks, that doesn’t mean that we do not value your business! If you leave us a message or shoot us an email, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

But what if it’s like, really, really important that I talk to someone right now?! 

We respect that some may prefer a more “hands on” facility and we understand that our flexible business model can be frustrating to those expecting immediate attention. However, as explained above, in order to provide a 24/7 response time to every call or issue, we would have to raise our rental prices significantly to offset those costs. So, please just be patient, leave us a message or send us an email. We will get back with you as soon as we are able.

Also we ask that you keep in mind that we are not a franchise and one person pretty much handles everything, from phone calls to this website and everything in between. And this person is just desperately trying, like everyone else, to balance family, life and work.

What if I have an emergency?

In the case of an emergency, please call 911 or contact the Glenpool Police Department at 918.322.8110. We support our first responders and appreciate their service to our community!
